1. To introduce Geographical concepts such as the structure of the Earth Lithosphere, Atmosphere, Hydrosphere.

5. To introduce & develop, economic; activities natural resources, industries, trade transport & the surrounding areas
6. To Give the masses for proper use & reuse of natural human resources.
7. To promote the study and research activities in different branches of the subject. .
8. To create interest among the learners for co-relations between auditive and cultural environments.
9. To signify man-made cultural factors like as settlement etc in the environment
