Introduction

Established in 1973, the Department of English has been a center of excellence in language and literary studies for over five decades. Committed to enhancing communication skills and critical thinking, the department offers a rich curriculum blending literature and language studies.

With a dedicated faculty, interactive teaching methods, and spoken English programs, we empower students, especially from rural backgrounds, for academic and professional success. Many of our alumni hold prestigious positions in education, administration, and various fields.

Through seminars, literary events, and interdisciplinary programs, we continue to inspire and shape future leaders..
